Shield Addon (Concept) (Beta Only) - Minecraft PE Addons

The Shield is a feature currently exclusive to Java Edition only. This add-on brings the Shield to Minecraft Bedrock Edition as well, but as a concept. It looks pretty much the same but the main difference is that you won’t be able to use it as a shield as it actually replaces the Trident (which is a new item in Update Aquatic beta). Hopefully it will be updated to include some new behaviors when equipped to make it more useful.

How does it work?

As it is the Trident which is replaced by a shield you might need to enable Experimental Features for a world in the world settings in order to be able to find it in-game. The easiest way to obtain the shield item is to search for it in the Creative Inventory.

Installation

1. Download Resources .McPack
2. Start Minecraft
3. Settings> Global Resources> Activate the pack
