How to fight the Lava Monster Boss?

The easiest way to fight the Lava Monster Boss is to use the map which is included when you download and import the add-on. Take some weapons and armor from the double chest at spawn and then press one of the buttons on the well to go underground.

Follow the path underground past the skeleton and into the dome to reach the boss arena.

There you’ll find the Lava Monster and it’s nothing like any boss I’ve fought in the past. As you approach the monster it will push blocks up from the ground and then throw them at you.

It’s extremely dangerous and also very difficult to kill. However, it has one disadvantage and that is the fact that it can’t move. And there are multiple great hiding spots around the arena which you can use for cover.
